We strongly believe that the strength of every school lies in it's teaching standards. We have a strong team of teaching staff and every year new members are added to this pool . All our teachers are qualified, trained and experienced. They are selected through rigorous selection process. The ratio of student : teachers is 15:1 which enables us to balance distribution of work with collective and participative sharing of academic delivery .
The teachers are enriched with regular training programmes to improve their teaching skills & to adopt new techniques and skills in their day to day teaching. Teachers of city pride school are tech savy using AI tools , platforms like Microsoft tools efficiently . Teachers attend various seminars & workshops on project methodologies, behavioural programmes for positive attitude and academic enrichment conducted by eminent faculties from these fields for continuous improvement.
Teachers are paid by appropriate scale of pay with all benefits like gratuity , PF and subsidised education to their child . The conducive working environment of school motivates our teaching and non teaching staff to give their best in the work .
